Project Manager

The Customer Service and Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for maintaining effective customer service and quality assurance for all customers by utilizing excellent, in-depth knowledge of all company services & quality assurance systems. Summary Of essential position functions organize, review and manage the daily activities of the Customer Service team to ensure optimum productivity and customer satisfaction.


• Partner with the management team to align customer service department policies and systems with the company’s objectives.

• Follow up and oversee all customer service requests to ensure customer satisfaction. • Develop and implement policies and procedures pertinent to the effective and efficient operation of the Customer Service Department.

• Coach Customer Service team in order to achieve high performance. • Manage the work flow of orders and the assignment of customer service requests through.

• Monitor and measure departmental team member performance to ensure adherence to established standards and makes employment decisions for new hires for customer service department.

• Establish/supervise agreed upon customer service inspection rotation/schedule, i.e. inspection frequency.



Duties and Responsibilities

• Utilize Your Dust Buster's commercial cleaning task schedules to perform all tasks which include but are not limited to:

• Emptying Trash • Dusting all furniture, including desks, chairs, and tables

• Dusting all exposed surfaces, including sills, ledges, moldings, etc. • Cleaning all glass and mirrors

• Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms • Vacuuming and mopping floors • Weekly detailed office cleaning

• Arrive to work location at scheduled time

• Work within allotted hours

• Complete any special request made by client and log communication in company log.

• Comply with all company policies and procedures.
